President Steve Kearley makes the following announcement surrounding a change to the Board of Directors. 

Per the USWRA Constitution and By-Laws, Article VI – ORGANIZATION, Section 3 – Replacement of Vacancies, Subsection, c. Other Elected Officials, Subclause 1: Effective immediately, Jacob Couch will be serving as interim Treasurer, taking over the duties from Sarah Leonard.

Jacob comes to us with an extensive history in tax accounting at the local, state, and federal levels, as well as years of volunteer experience at multiple non-profit organizations, including Lakeshore Foundation.

A formal vote to fill the Treasurer position will be held during this year's AGM.
