The USWRA Executive Committee (Board of Directors) is thrilled to announce Dan Caldwell as the new USWRA Secretary! Dan has been involved with the sport of Wheelchair Rugby and Adaptive Sports over the past 16 years, with 15 years working as the Equipment Manager for the Brooks Bandits. Dan has also been involved with the sport as Regional Assistant Commissioner (RAC) and has been involved heavily with the Rules and Bylaws Committee over the past several years, which is instrumental to the governance of our sport. Dan's name should also be remembered due to his recent exceptional work with the USA Low Point Wheelchair Rugby Team, which competed at the World Games 2022 in Birmingham, Alabama. This was the first time that an adaptive sport was included in the program for the World Games! Dan was named Secretary by the President of the USWRA, Noah Currier, to replace Michael Klonowski, who recently was named Executive Director of the USWRA.
